Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 12 Hour Shift
Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove Care Center is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of caregivers. We provide competitive wages with an option to be paid on-demand, comprehensive benefits, and a professional and motivating environment.
Responsibilities
Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and report adverse reactions.
Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately.
Report patient condition to RNs and doctors.
Communicate openly and effectively with patients and families, demonstrating compassion and friendly behavior.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program.
Valid LPN license in PA.
