Shift / Time Zone:
M-F 8am-3pm; every other Saturday 6-12pm

Description
Represents the face of the company to patients, drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing following established practices.
Creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and drawing blood specimens safely and accurately.
Demonstrates leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy of patient information.
Under direction of area supervisor, performs daily activities accurately and on time.
Maintains a safe and professional environment.
Performs forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices.
Maintains required records and documentation.
Promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
Job Requirements Ability to provide quality, error‑free work in a fast‑paced environment.
Work independently with minimal on‑site supervision.
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime.
Required Education High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training preferred: medical assistant or paramedic training.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Work Experience Minimum of 6 months experience.
One year or more phlebotomy experience preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
