Administrator – LPN
to join our growing team!
Position Summary As the Administrator – LPN, you’ll oversee daily operations related to client care, staffing, and scheduling. You’ll serve as a bridge between our caregivers, clients, and office team to ensure care plans are executed smoothly and effectively. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys both clinical coordination and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily client scheduling to ensure proper caregiver coverage.
Supervise and support caregivers to ensure quality, compassionate care delivery.
Conduct client visits, assessments, and follow-ups as needed.
Maintain open communication with clients, families, and staff to address concerns or changes in care.
Coordinate new client intakes, documentation, and care plans.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining quality caregivers.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with leadership to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
LPN license preferred, but candidates with strong home care or healthcare administrative experience will be considered.
Previous home health or home care experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with scheduling, staffing, or administrative coordination a plus.
Compassionate, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
