A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE MANAGER As a Service Manager, you will have many responsibilities to ensure your team is successful. Multi‑tasking and organizational skills are key. You will oversee technicians’ appointment scheduling, service tickets, vehicle readiness, uniforms, product, equipment, and paperwork. Your conflict resolution and communication skills will ensure an excellent experience for both customers and team members. You’ll coach, train, and support technicians, spend time in the field, and help the Branch Manager achieve monthly performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Industry experience (preferred)

Current driver’s license

Demonstrated leadership abilities

Effective verbal and written communication

Conflict resolution skills

Proficiency with internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, other web‑based portals)

Proven track record in achieving sales results

Ability to multitask

Strong organizational skills

Basic math skills

Ability to pass any state regulatory agency‑required licensing/certification exams

Minimum 40‑hour work week, accessible after hours (including weekends/holidays)

Meets company driving standards

High school diploma or equivalency, college preferred
