About the Role The Manager provides leadership for the Farm Business Analysis and Benchmarking Program, including a team of FBA Technicians, Extension Educators, and Consultants that recruit and work with farmers to complete annual business analyses. The Manager supports quality, confidential data collection and analysis through individual and group training, reviews and summarizes qualifying data, develops annual reports, articles, and other educational and promotional materials. The Manager works collaboratively with the Farm Office Team, FFMPI, Educators, researchers, and industry groups to build partnerships promoting the use of business analysis and benchmarking tools on farms and supporting Ohio’s agriculture industry and research. The manager is responsible for the program budget and pursues grants and other opportunities to grow the program. A high level of specialized skills in technical software is required to lead the team and ensure quality data and analysis.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3 years of relevant experience required.
4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
Compensation The pay range for this profile is $47,700 - $62,300 per year. The offer will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
