Designers work within multidisciplinary teams to translate complex information into clear, compelling visual experiences. Job Description As a Copy Supervisor, this role guides the development of creative ideas and content that drive meaningful engagement for healthcare brands. This position provides creative leadership, ensures messaging accuracy, and partners closely with cross-functional teams to bring work from concept through execution. The role balances hands‑on writing with overseeing and mentoring junior writers, ensuring strong craft excellence and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

Lead creative development of concepts and copy across channels

Collaborate with art, strategy, and account partners to shape brand storytelling

Develop clear, compelling content grounded in clinical accuracy

Guide and mentor copy team members to elevate creative output

Present work to internal teams and clients with clarity and strategic rationale

Qualifications Required:

5+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising copywriting experience

Experience developing HCP and/or DTP concepts and multichannel content

Strong understanding of clinical data and ability to translate it clearlyAbility to manage multiple projects and partner across interdisciplinary teams

Proven ability to guide junior writers and oversee copy quality

Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done

Experience presenting work directly to clients

Knowledge of regulatory and medical‑legal review expectations

Comfort working on both conceptual and long‑form content

Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities

Familiarity with omnichannel ecosystems and digital best practices
