Our client is looking for a Workday Core HCM Product Manager.

Rate:
$70 - $80 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
Lead configuration and enhancement of Workday modules, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and solution design.
Manage data migrations, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and reporting/dashboard development.
Conduct business process audits and apply optimization strategies to streamline workflows and reduce processing time.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate data capture and regulatory compliance.
Support Workday releases by testing new features, documenting changes, and training end users.
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery for Workday HCM and related modules.
Define product roadmaps aligned with business KPIs and user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Engineering) to design and implement scalable solutions.
Lead Workday module implementations and enhancements, including Talent, Performance, Payroll, and Recruiting.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee testing, deployment, and adoption.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Experience Requirements:
Workday Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits configuration.
Experience with EIBs, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, BIRT.
Workflow design, security roles, and compliance (e.g., SOX, FMLA).
Stakeholder engagement and change management.
