What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop strong relationships with internal business customers and stakeholders
Facilitate alignment of strategic solutions to meet business needs
Prioritize CRM projects in collaboration with the PMO and Director of Digital Operations
Create and maintain dashboards for all CRM initiatives
Act as a liaison between development teams and business units to translate needs into technical details
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5-10 years of experience supporting a CRM solution
Previous experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation
Familiarity with insurance terminology and concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in the insurance industry
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including data analysis
Client-facing experience and relationship-building skills
