We are currently looking for an experienced and creative

Product Manager - SaaS.

Lead the definition, prioritization, and delivery of the product roadmap, ensuring the best possible user experience and alignment with the company's global strategy, acting as the key liaison between local needs and the product teams in France.

User Needs Analysis : You will gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify priorities, clarify uncertainties, and propose appropriate solutions.

Product Roadmap and Backlog Management:

You will work closely with the Product Director and payroll consultants to prioritize features and manage the backlog in line with business needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals.

Offering Review and Solution Packaging:

You will contribute to revisiting our current product offering and help structure and package solutions in a way that maximizes value for different customer segments

Product Development Monitoring:

You will coordinate with technical and design teams to ensure deadlines are met and deliver a smooth, intuitive user experience.

Collaboration and Communication : You will keep internal teams (marketing, support) informed of product developments and ensure strong coordination HR and Payroll Consultants to maintain overall consistency.

Bridge Between Local and French Product Teams : You will act as the link between the local product team and the French product teams.

What They are Looking For

You have

solid experience as a Product Manager in time management or payroll , ideally within an HR or specialized software company (>3 years).

Payroll knowledge.

Experience with

AI-powered solutions.

You have an

analytical, solution-oriented mindset

and are able to structure and prioritize complex topics.

You are

proactive

and enjoy working in a team environment.

Excellent

communication skills and

can adapt your message to different steakholders.

Languages: Native

Spanish

speaker, fluent in

French

or

English

Availability to work at least 1-2 days a week at the office located in Reus (with a new office opening soon in Barcelona).
