Transition reporting systems to Power BI for scalable, insight-driven analytics and presentations. Deliver high-quality reporting and transform data into actionable insights for leadership. Support annual rate-setting processes and fee arrangement modeling for competitive alignment. Execute strategic projects and initiatives to improve financial analytics and decision support. Key Responsibilities & Duties
Manage and enhance matter budgeting systems, partnering with attorneys to monitor budgets and alerts. Develop pricing analyses, fee arrangement models, and market benchmarks for competitive positioning. Lead annual rate-setting processes, presenting recommendations to senior leadership. Oversee rate and pricing analytics, including reporting on discounts and alternative fee arrangements. Collaborate on transitioning reporting systems to Power BI, designing advanced dashboards. Validate financial reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms. Streamline third-party survey submissions and ensure data accuracy across sources. Support strategic initiatives and provide analytical insights to leadership and legal teams. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced proficiency in Elite 3E, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint essential. Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and data integration tools preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience required; 8 years preferred in professional services or legal industry. Demonstrated expertise in financial analytics, margin drivers, and scenario modeling. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to analyze large, complex data sets and deliver audience-ready presentations. Proactive and analytical mindset, capable of identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Professionalism, collegiality, and accountability in handling sensitive information.
