Patterns-India® is hiring an Automotive Warranty Administrator to work in Richmond, VA. This full‑time role focuses on warranty claim processing, vendor communication, and cost‑effective resolution of warranty issues.
Responsibilities
Work as part of the warranty team to initiate, process, and close warranty claims efficiently and cost‑effectively.
Communicate with repair facilities, vendors, and customers via phone, email, and IM to process claims.
Utilize specific customer and vendor guides to meet each of their respective needs.
Negotiate and pay warranty claims once complete.
Develop relationships with vendors’ warranty teams.
Make pre‑install calls to technicians to provide part‑specific installation guidelines.
