is a local homeowners association management company focused on delivering exceptional customer experience in property management.

We are seeking a

Community Manager (Portfolio)

to oversee 2,500–3,000 homes.

Responsibilities

Effectively manage a portfolio between 2,500-3,000 homes.

Collaborate with the Board of Directors (BOD) of each community: advise on decisions and best practices, attend meetings, implement BOD decisions and processes.

Prepare meeting notices, agendas, presentations, draft minutes.

Manage vendors within each community and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

Create RFPs and perform site inspections regularly.

Draft and keep all community records, maintain association files on server, update portals.

Produce monthly newsletters and handle all e‑blasts.

Draft and enforce community rules and regulations; monitor compliance, investigate complaints, issue fines when necessary.

Oversee general maintenance and upkeep of common areas, coordinate with local vendors.

Conduct bi‑weekly site inspections, assign violations to homeowners, enforce fines.

Handle financial matters: collection of association fees, coordinate with board members, conduct annual elections for board members.

Qualifications Entry level, full‑time position. Prior experience in customer service, vendor management, project management, public speaking, finance, budgeting, or conflict resolution is desired. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential.
