Crimson Phoenix seeks exceptionally qualified Global Indications and Warning (l&W) Intelligence Specialist (Watch) to support USSOCOM. Intelligence Analysts are responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, including CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, and political/military analysis. Analysts interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, and produce post‑screening analytical products supporting targeting efforts and threat analysis. They also support the F3EAD targeting cycle and must maintain global readiness, being available for deployments to hazardous duty/combat zones on a no‑notice basis.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide continuous, time‑sensitive global indications and warning (l&W) and current intelligence analytical products, briefings, threat assessments, warnings and notifications.

Serve as the USSOCOM intelligence representative during non‑duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours.

Conduct direct liaison and coordination with the Intelligence Community, Combatant Commands and senior leadership.

Operate as a Joint Operations Center Intelligence Analyst and deploy in support of USSOCOM.

Conduct professional development, training and deployment preparations.

Accomplish assigned special projects/tasks.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of eight (8) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent government agencies, with five (5) years at the operational level.

Working knowledge of F3EAD targeting methodology and broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines; significant demonstrable experience.

High proficiency in utilizing current intelligence automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.

Strong briefing and writing skills to articulate complex information in a cogent, concise manner.

Strong background in Regional Analysis, Geo‑Political Analysis, and HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis. SOF and/or CT intelligence experience and/or previous l&W Watch experience is desirable.

Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.

Valid US passport.

Able to pass all pre‑deployment requirements including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens to be considered deployable.

Able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.
