The Global Food Industry Senior Manager, Product Management at Regal Rexnord will be responsible for driving organic growth through the successful alignment and positioning of Regal Rexnord products within the Food Industry, with specific emphasis on the Conveyance Division’s product portfolio. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing multi‑year product roadmaps, ensuring industry value propositions are clear and impactful, collaborating cross‑functionally and divisionally to achieve industry alignment, and gaining the voice of the customer to obtain outside‑in decision making. In addition, you’ll be responsible for setting the pricing strategy for the lead industry products to protect and grow share of wallet, profitably growing the portfolio with P&L management and KPI ownership and utilizing market data to drive decision making. All of this with an 80/20 industry and application mindset. You must be passionate about innovation with purpose, customer success, and continuous improvement to be entirely successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-discipline and cross-divisional teams in the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives within the Food Industry

Develop, participate, train, and ultimately oversee RRX Sales and Marketing associates on Regal Rexnord’s Food values through applications, sub‑segments, and focus markets

Ownership of Regal Rexnord cross‑sell strategy for Regal Rexnord’s Food industry while partnering with other Commercial team members for execution planning and deployment

Define And Maintain Global Food Product Roadmap

Segment the portfolio by geography, application, customer and product tier - mapping unmet needs, market trends, and designing tiered product variants

Use an 80/20 mindset by planning legacy product sunsetting alongside new‑product launches, including product line simplification plans, alternative plans, and end‑of‑life communication

Embed continuous feedback loops from customers, field‑service teams, and sales channels via Voice-of-Customer sessions

Align customer‑focused innovation by partnering with our new product and engineering teams to prioritize based on industry trends

Monitor performance metrics; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement

Define and track KPIs such as SKU Count, New Product Sales, Price Realization, OTD, among others

Manage Industry P&L performance to ensure we manage the product portfolio to create a durable, profitable growth plan with an 80/20 Mindset

Create and monitor real‑time dashboards and monthly and quarterly business reviews to assess performance against targets

Initiate problem solving and cross‑functional working groups to address underperformance, implement containment measures, and develop countermeasure actions

Conduct Market Research, Competitive Analysis, And Voice Of Customer

Leverage secondary research (industry reports, patent reviews, etc.) to track technology trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor moves

Translate insights into actionable product requirements, prioritization matrices, and go‑forward recommendations

Establish Strategic Pricing Models, ROI Analyses, And Go‑to‑market Frameworks

Develop total cost‑of‑ownership calculators, pricing strategies, and rebate structures to optimize customer value and performance

Collaborate with finance, commercial operations, and sales to set contractual terms, promotional plans, and service agreements—monitoring win/loss data for continuous refinement

Build business cases for new share gain investments, presenting customer and industry focused analyses and risk‑adjusted scenarios to senior leadership

Experience And Skill Required

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

Knowledge of Food and/or consumer goods industries sector

Minimum 10‑15 years of relevant B2B product management / commercialization experience in the industrial manufacturing industry

Willingness to travel up to 20‑30%

Compensation Details $125,000 - $180,000 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
