WIN Waste Innovations
WIN Waste Innovations is looking for an Operations Specialist. They will provide advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and assist in coordinating all aspects of daily operations, including recording and reporting data. Duties and tasks are varied and may be somewhat complex. The role resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.
Responsibilities
Complete/close all routes with accurate data
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues
Assist with new hire onboarding, uploading proper documents to record keeping system
Complete and maintain a variety of reports as directed by Management Team
Responsible for maintaining and updating disposal rates within route servicing system
Responsible for reconciling disposal invoices to route servicing system, coding disposal invoices and sending to AP for payment
Maintain and distribute department related information on a daily basis
Assist with the processing of payments and other financial tasks as necessary
Communicate with other supervisors and managers about operations and dispatch issues
Assist implementation of operational projects as needed
Assist and communicate with other departments
Use software tools to manage a variety of tasks, such as procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor
Communicate with customers about service issues
Communicate with employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co‑workers and management
Qualifications & Experience
Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification and one year of general office experience or equivalent training
3 or more years administrative or clerical experience required
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong computer skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
