The
Onsite Representative
is responsible for managing and replenishing line‑side materials, chemicals, and consumables at assigned customer locations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This hands‑on position ensures all materials are available, properly handled, and safely delivered to support continuous production. The role requires strict attention to chemical safety, inventory accuracy, and compliance with site and regulatory standards while maintaining strong communication with both the customer and internal support teams. About Role
Monitor, scan, and process replenishment orders daily to maintain uninterrupted material flow. Receive, verify, and distribute materials in accordance with customer specifications and safety requirements. Coordinate with customer and internal teams to resolve day‑to‑day supply or quality issues. Support the setup, labelling, and organization of new line‑side and warehouse storage areas. Maintain accurate records, reporting metrics, and documentation in line with company and customer standards. Identify and escalate potential supply chain or material flow issues through data analysis and observation. Ensure all operations comply with chemical handling standards, PPE requirements, and site safety protocols. Represent the company with professionalism, maintaining clear communication with production, engineering, and EHS personnel. Maintain orderly and compliant work areas, including housekeeping of on‑site storage and accommodation spaces. About You
High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemical Handling, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or chemical operations (semiconductor or industrial environment preferred). Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, order processing, and material control processes. Demonstrated ability to follow chemical handling procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a safety‑first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic inventory systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and customer representatives. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and follow‑through on assigned tasks. Flexibility to adjust schedules and priorities to meet customer demands, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed. Must maintain reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
