Job Overview We are seeking a motivated
Entry-Level Supply Chain Associate
to support day‑to‑day supply chain and administrative operations. This role is designed for
recent graduates
looking to gain hands‑on experience and build a strong foundation in supply chain management, operations, and data‑driven decision‑making within a fast‑paced environment.
You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, work with reporting systems, and contribute to real‑world projects that support inventory flow, planning, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Support supply chain activities including inventory management, forecasting, planning, and order management
Assist with reporting, data analysis, and supply chain documentation
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operational goals
Help optimize processes and improve ways of working through systems and technology
Perform general administrative and supply chain support tasks as assigned
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree completed within the last 12 months
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred
Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree
Internship or academic experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics
