Manufacturing Product Lead
Position Summary:
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00AM – 2:30PM
100% onsite

The Role:
Works cross‑functionally with commercial manufacturing by providing oversight, process improvements, and operational direction.
Serves as a liaison between the site and the client, as well as the project management team, to provide production updates and answer questions.
Trains production technician team on batch records and serves as a Subject Matter Expert on day‑to‑day issues and troubleshooting.
Responsible for batch records, deviations, and change control.
All other duties as assigned.
The Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, engineering, or life science preferred.
Minimum of 15 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience may be substituted for a degree.
Prior experience in process engineering and/or pharmaceutical production highly preferred.
Minimum of 1 year in OSD pharmaceutical operations is preferred.
Experience with equipment IQ/OQ/PQ preferred.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing/OpEx and Six Sigma preferred.
