Position Summary
The Program Group Facilitator provides support to other program staff by planning and co-facilitating peer support group sessions to program participants. Sessions are planned by using specified curriculum and facilitated using proven practices.

Group Facilitation:
Facilitates the group process on a weekly basis using group facilitation practices to promote knowledge gains in curriculum topic area, peer learning, and peer support.
Job Pay & Perks
Pay range:
$22.82 - $31.39/hr.
This is a scheduled-hybrid role
whose essential functions require work to be conducted at a physical location, which may include a GESMN or partner facility, at least two (2) days per week. The remaining days can be worked from the employee's home office or a designated community setting as directed by the manager.

1-3 Years of relevant program experience required
