Business Operations Project Manager – SKIMS

Location: Los Angeles HQ
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 / year
SKIMS is a solutions‑oriented brand creating the next‑generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. We set new standards with our game‑changing product and are a driving force within pop‑culture. We are looking for a Business Operations Project Manager to advance the industry forward.
Key Responsibilities
Track and oversee cross‑functional projects from initiation to execution, ensuring delivery excellence
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies
Serve as the main point of contact for project updates, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, balancing technical and business perspectives
Partner with IT and external vendors to implement and integrate large‑scale systems and tools
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating business needs into technical requirements
Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization
Design and implement scalable solutions to support the organization’s rapid growth
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements
Leverage deep knowledge of retail operations & systems, particularly in logistics and supply chain, to enhance decision‑making and operational strategies
Collaborate cross‑functional product teams and operations teams to align systems and processes with business goals
Act as a thought partner with operations, logistics and tech teams
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Previous experience in retail operations, particularly supply chain projects
Demonstrated success leading and/or contributing to large‑scale technology implementations, such as ERP, PLM, or inventory management systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form
Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; PMP, Six Sigma or similar certifications a plus
