We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Service Consultant to join our busy Service Department. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will greet clients, assess vehicle needs, recommend services, provide accurate estimates, and ensure a smooth, positive experience from drop‑off to pick‑up.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns.
Write detailed service orders and explain recommended repairs/maintenance.
Provide transparent estimates and upsell additional services when appropriate.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high‑quality repairs.
Follow up with customers on service progress and review completed work.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction and build repeat business.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in an automotive dealership (Ford experience a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with dealership management software and basic computer skills
Positive attitude, team player mentality, and passion for customer service
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
