Shift: 1st shift 6:15 AM to 2:45 PM
Pay: $15.00/hr – $18.00/hr, plus $200 bonus every 3 months
Job Overview Our client is seeking a robotic assembly technician with experience building complex electromechanical equipment.
Basic Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work all day for shift, including some overtime
Ability to work with computer, manufacturing software and data entry
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
Must be able to work in a team/group setting
Ability to work in a mechanical setting with proficiency in use of tools and light equipment
Experience with power tools, power jacks, HIT Training (if applicable)
Mechanical skills, not necessarily transmission work but using small tools in production/building/creating something
Comfortable with repetitive steps
1+ year of experience
Required Skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Read and follow English language instructions
Work safely in structured manufacturing environments
Good attitude and aptitude to learn new things
Performance Indicators
Speed and quality of work
Consistency (avoiding missing steps)
Time and attendance
Top 3 Must‑Have Hard Skills
Small tools (knowledge of power tools)
Read instructions and move to next step
Basic computer skills
