Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility service products. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position that focuses on customer service and product sales.
What We Offer

Mostly a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends
Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives
Key Responsibilities
Act as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision‑makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling products and services
Negotiate service‑agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional and safe driving practices
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Requirements
Compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs (including an active driver’s license, age 21+, DOT medical certification, proof of prior employment)
Ability to meet physical demands of the role
High school diploma, GED, or military service
Strong customer‑service orientation
Self‑motivation and teamwork to achieve goals
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
