Job Description At Logic20/20, we are rapidly expanding and seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to be a driving force behind our continued success within the Energy & Utility industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to help shape our business development strategy, cultivate key partnerships, and spearhead revenue growth for our utility clients.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage personal network and foster relationships with influential business decision-makers, expanding your network within the industry to establish connections with C-level executives.
Identify, cultivate, and close business with new accounts.
Learn and grow knowledge in a variety of industries and draw insights into how business and technology solutions can meet today’s most crucial business needs.
Engage in a collaborative team sales approach with a range of practice leaders and members.
Maintain a hunter and new business mentality; possess 8+ years of experience hunting, resulting in a strong portfolio of successful client acquisition and conversion strategies, with unwavering commitment to outreach, cold calling, networking, attending conferences, and innovative methods.
Client Management and Acquisition: Proficient in leveraging network to foster relationships with influential decision-makers, comfortable at the table with executives to drive relationships and new business. Demonstrate track record of identifying, qualifying, cultivating, and acquiring new clients in a competitive industry.
Industry Experience: Proven experience selling and positioning professional services/management consulting solutions within the energy & utility sector. In-depth understanding of the industry’s dynamics, trends, and challenges. Strong desire to learn and constantly expand knowledge in business and technology solutions to proactively position insights, strategic thinking, and relevant topics to meet client needs.

Industry Experience: Proven experience selling and positioning professional services/management consulting solutions within the energy & utility sector, with deep understanding of industry dynamics, trends, and challenges.
Additional Information Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 for this role with uncapped commission. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
