This role will support key strategic operations and supply chain initiatives across RTX and play a critical role honing the precision of our global operations. The ideal candidate has a consulting mindset, thrives in a problem-solving environment, and demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful impact. Candidates with experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategy consulting, and supply chain or manufacturing operations will excel in this role. Problem Solving and Analytical Insight
Apply a structured problem-solving approach to diagnose challenges, identify opportunities, and develop actionable solutions for complex business challenges. Synthesize large datasets and unstructured information into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. Leverage advanced analytics tools and techniques to uncover opportunities for operational optimization and cost reduction. Strategic Thinking
Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to shape strategic priorities and align initiatives with organizational goals. Contribute to the development of business cases and strategy roadmaps for high-impact projects. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams through the operations council framework to translate data insights into efficient, scalable actions. Facilitate workshops and discussions leveraging our CORE operating model to guide teams through recommendations. Presentation and Communication
Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leadership. Develop high-quality presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights and strategic recommendations. Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 8 years of experience (5 years with advanced degree) working in data analysis, FP&A, strategy consulting, applied to Supply Chain/Operations/Manufacturing. Qualifications We Prefer
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using structured frameworks and methodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. Strong business acumen with proven record for delivering measurable impact. Experience at a consulting firm or in a strategy-focused role within a multinational organization. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
