We're hiring an

Admin / Office Manager

to support daily office operations and administrative functions for a commercial construction team. This role focuses on organization, coordination, and keeping office workflows running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

Support project managers with documentation, scheduling, and reporting

Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and basic accounting coordination

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Serve as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff

Requirements

Experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in construction

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency with office software and basic accounting tools

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Professional communication and attention to detail
