Position Objective This position is responsible for collaboration to write, implement and maintain the product knowledge and selling strategy in support of their brand. Supports the creation of selling culture, unique brand experiences, product knowledge and sales training that move the brand forward and generate sales. Oversees the brand customer contact strategy that includes campaigns and clienteling.
Functional Responsibilities
Collaborates with brand leaders and cross functional teams to write and deliver monthly strategy publication.
Develops and maintains brand selling culture including any tools that will support.
Acts as the liaison between the merchant team, marketing team, and visual team to delineate the key categories for field teams focus and product knowledge collateral that should support.
Supports visual communication that ensures it aligns with customer engagement strategy.
Compiles and analyzes reporting to align data on key customer engagement strategies.
Oversees brand contact strategy including outreach, Style Connect and Calling Campaigns.
Writes and supports policy and procedure as related to customer engagement policies.
Leads cross functional meetings and processes to manage customer engagement related projects and initiatives. Responsible for updating and maintaining marketing calendar.
Regularly visit stores and field leaders to identify opportunities and successes in store support strategies, tools and rollouts. Collects and shares field feed‑back with store support team and creates action plans to support.
Organizes store visits to maintain productive cross‑functional partnerships.
Travels as needed to support field market training and roll outs.

Qualifications
BA or BS Degree, English, Communications or similar field strongly preferred
5+ years in a retail or corporate communications capacity
Demonstrated ability to lead large scale programs within a retail organization
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to a variety of audiences and venues
Knowledge of MS Office 2000 or later systems
Experience in Learning and development utilizing tools such as InDesign and video editing software preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
