What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Petting ALL the Animals )
Greeting clients with your brightest smile and making every visit a pawsitive experience
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and being the go-to guru for client questions
Helping our veterinarians and techs with admin tasks (we promise they’re lovable, but busy!)
Keeping client records up-to-date and the reception area looking fabulous
Basically being the heart and soul of our front desk—without needing a stethoscope
Who We’re Looking For:
Someone with previous customer service or veterinary experience (bonus points if you can speak “pup” or “meow”)
A multitasking wizard who can answer the phone while soothing a nervous kitty
Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to roll with a positive attitude
Computer-savvy, reliable, and as dependable as a Labrador fetching a ball
