Client Coordinator – Private Client Services Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).
A day in the life As our Client Coordinator on the Private Client team, you’ll assist in the development of the Private Client Insurance department through the growth of new business and retention by providing prompt, accurate, professional service and sales to clients, producers and carriers. This role will manage multiple priorities efficiently, communicate with clients in a clear and concise fashion, identify issues and implement appropriate resolutions, collaborate with other team members and carrier partners for best practice sharing, increase knowledge base, understand the holistic personal lines model and cross‑sell lines appropriately to mitigate client risks, and desire for continuous learning to keep ahead of industry trends.

High school diploma or equivalent
Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
Be a self-starter and problem solver.
Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Additional qualifications that are a plus
Property & Casualty License (required within 3 months of hire)
CISR designation (required within 3 years of hire)
