Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client projects from start to finish. This is a remote position, so the candidate must be self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope of work in collaboration with the client and internal team
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are completed on time and to the client's expectations
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project goals are met
Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project
Conduct project meetings and provide regular status reports to the client and internal team
Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and meet the client's requirements
Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
Continuously look for ways to improve project processes and increase efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in project management software and tools
Knowledge of marketing and branding principles
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Experience managing remote teams is a plus
Contract Details This is a full-time or part-time remote position. The candidate must have a reliable internet connection and be available to work during standard business hours. Compensation will be based on experience.
