Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and on budget.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the primary client contact for selected projects.

Prepare the scope of services, detailed project budget, and contract for approval.

Coordinate project scheduling and conduct kick‑off and interim status meetings.

Monitor schedules, budgets and conduct formal project reviews.

Ensure QA/QC reviews are completed at appropriate stages.

Address scope or budget changes by securing client or supervisor approval.

Document performance of project team members and facilitate necessary actions.

Possess or pursue a Professional Land Surveyor’s License (preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (AEC industry) with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, or 6 years of equivalent experience.

Participation in continuing education and professional development programs.

Leadership potential to inspire and motivate project teams.

Excellent organizational, time‑management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical knowledge of the specific field of the project.

Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Understanding of industry standards, quality assurance, safety protocols and accounting principles.

Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.

Preferred Education/Experience

Master’s degree in a related field (AEC industry).

Licenses & Certifications

Complete KCI PM Training and Contract Risk Training and pass the PM Board within 6 months of start date.

Pre‑employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required.
