We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills and most importantly the ability to provide our customers an excellent level of service. Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store. Lead and train staff in providing exceptional customer service. Perform store opening and closing responsibilities. Drive sales through customer service and report analysis. Qualifications
Must have at least 2 years of retail management experience. Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Enthusiasm and initiative are key; ability to motivate staff and create a positive work environment. Merchandise knowledge preferred (apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, general athletics).
