Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and administration processes Prepare and facilitate contracts with preferred suppliers, ensuring compliance and accuracy Conduct evaluations of preferred supplier relationship management programs and report results Develop metrics and analysis to support business expectations and drive supplier adoption Maintain strong relationships with internal business units and category management teams What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Indirect Procurement, or equivalent field Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting and ability to interpret contracts Strong analytical and presentation skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with strategic sourcing processes and e-tools such as Supplier Administration and e-Sourcing Proven ability to work independently and find solutions in a self‑motivated manner Exceptional relationship management skills and effective communication across all levels of management Ability to prepare amendments and explain contract specifics to stakeholders We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
