We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our supply chain operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring product availability, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining smooth inventory flow across production, warehousing, and distribution.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate purchase orders and production timelines with domestic and international vendors

Track inventory levels and help maintain accurate demand and supply forecasts

Monitor inbound shipments, lead times, and delivery schedules

Partner with logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to ensure on‑time product availability

Assist with vendor communication, cost tracking, and documentation

Support data accuracy across ERP and inventory management systems

Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics (consumer goods or apparel preferred)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience is a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Clear communicator who works well cross‑functionally

Interest in product, manufacturing, and operational strategy
