Line Maintenance Manager The Line Maintenance Manager is responsible for directly managing manpower and schedules to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe and productive station. This role involves resolving employee and customer questions and issues promptly, overseeing all aircraft maintenance work for safety and compliance with FAA regulations, and ensuring proper storage and disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

Directly manage manpower and schedules to achieve customer satisfaction.

Resolve employee and customer questions and issues in a timely manner.

Oversee all aircraft maintenance work to ensure safety and compliance with FAA regulations.

Ensure proper storage and disposal of hazardous waste in compliance with environmental regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.

Lead, train, and supervise maintenance staff, equipping them with necessary skills and knowledge.

Monitor station's asset needs.

Essential Skills

Airframe and Powerplant License.

Extensive technical knowledge of commercial aircraft.

Five years of previous line maintenance experience.

Strong team leadership skills.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00/yr.
