Role Description
The Business Development Manager will spearhead efforts in building and nurturing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating and implementing business strategies, generating leads, and closing new business opportunities. You will also lead negotiations, manage a pipeline of potential clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on‑site role based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in business development, sales strategies, and relationship building to drive revenue growth and client engagement.
Market Research and Strategy Planning: Expertise in conducting market analysis, identifying opportunities, and executing actionable business plans.
Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Organizational and Leadership Skills: Proficient in pipeline management, goal setting, and team collaboration to accomplish business objectives efficiently.
Knowledge of outsourcing and remote staffing solutions is a plus.
