Sr Propulsion Program Leader

Provide TechOps single point of contact, program expertise and commercial input for specific propulsion fleet(s). Oversee the execution of services related to the operation and maintenance of propulsion systems.
Essential Functions
Provides direction & leadership for propulsion fleet management activities including financial implications and special projects/initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Airline/Aviation Management, Engineering, Finance, or another Quantitative Discipline/Equivalent required.
A&P license required.
Minimum Experience Seven (7) Years' Experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operational Analysis. Experience in Using & Applying Programs/Project Control Techniques.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Working Knowledge in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Business Consulting, Project Management, Accounting, Audit or Operational Analysis.
Intermediate Knowledge of Personal Computer Applications (E.G. Msft Excel, Msft Word, Msft PowerPoint, Msft Access).
Working Knowledge of Applicable FedEx Systems.
Strong Analytical, Human Relations, Project Management, Communication Skills, And Leadership Skills.
