A little about this position:

Assists the Facilities and Property Manager oversee the facilities of the hotel and common areas for the Homeowners and Master Association.

Assists the Manager in achieving guest, employee, and financial goals.

Supervises facilities staff, manages work order program, responds to emergency maintenance calls.

Performs basic maintenance jobs.

Requirements:

High School graduate or equivalent.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Minimum of 2 years trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in building maintenance.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management, homeowners, Boards, and staff.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Hourly pay rate: $26.94-$29.76
