Role and expectations We are a locally owned, service-based business looking for a reliable Office Manager to support daily operations and customer communication and internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who:
Enjoys structured, predictable work
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Works well independently without constant direction
Communicates calmly and professionally with customers
Finds satisfaction in keeping systems, schedules and follow-ups on track
This is an execution-focused role, not a sales, creative, or strategic position.
What success looks like in this role
You take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
You manage schedules, routing support, and follow-ups accurately
You maintain clean, up-to-date records in the CRM
You respond to customers professionally and sympathetically
You respect systems, checklists, and documented processes
You handle repetitive or behind-the-scenes work with consistency and care
Marketing execution support (non-creative)
Posting pre-written content
Scheduling emails or communications in Mailchimp
Pulling lists and segments from the CRM
Tracking responses and engagement
Ensuring marketing tasks are executed accurately and on time

Are detail-oriented and process-driven
Can work independently and problem-solve before escalating
Stay calm and steady during busy seasons
