About the Role
An establish legal marketing consulting and branding firm seeks experienced Client Manager for a 6-8 month project supporting a law firm client as they build out a new practice area. This is a client-facing position requiring someone who can serve as the primary point of contact, managing communications and information flow between the client and our delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client liaison, managing day-to-day communications and maintaining a strong working relationship
Facilitate and document client conversations, capturing detailed information, strategic insights, and preferences
Organize and synthesize high volumes of client input into actionable briefs for our internal team
Coordinate information flow between client and project team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Support project execution and delivery as needed, based on your skills and interests
Help keep the project on track while managing client expectations

Client feels heard, understood, and well-supported throughout the project
Information flows smoothly from client conversations to team execution
Project maintains momentum despite high client engagement and input volume

Compensation
Estimated 15-20 hours a week
Competitive hourly compensation
Qualifications
Experience managing relationships with attorneys or other demanding professional clients
Strong communication skills with ability to listen actively and document thoroughly
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Calm, resilient temperament with good stress tolerance
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Available for 6-8 month project commitment
