Lead the Adventure as a Bike Shop Manager! Are you ready to steer your career to new heights? Join us as a

Bike Shop Manager

and oversee the ultimate hub for adventure seekers! In this role, you’ll take charge of daily operations, including inventory management, store organization, and staff leadership. As a mentor and guide, you’ll train your team to deliver exceptional customer service, promote bike rentals, and create unforgettable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all operations of the bike shop, including rentals and inventory management.

Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays.

Supervise, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Monitor and order inventory to meet guest needs and ensure stock levels.

Promote and upsell rentals, services, and other hotel amenities.

Handle cash transactions, refunds, and daily deposits with accuracy.

Address guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Implement and uphold safety procedures to protect guests and staff.

Qualifications

3–5 years of retail or management experience, preferably in a related field.

Strong cash handling and basic math skills.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Knowledge of bicycle safety, maintenance, and repair.

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Proven ability to motivate and mentor a team.

Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Passion for outdoor recreation and creating memorable guest experiences.
