Job Description Opening for Business Coordinator to support our Account Managers with achieving sales goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Research and identify contacts for new business opportunities.
Reach out to contacts for potential B2B customers through cold calls, email, and social media.
Accurately maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of contacts.
Schedule meetings and software demonstrations with prospects.
Develop product expertise to address customer inquiries while staying informed about customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Travel to industry trade shows (approximately 10% of time).
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Hybrid work model – 3 days on site.
Entry‑level role with room for growth and development.
Qualifications Required
1-2 years B2B sales experience.
Knowledge and understanding of LinkedIn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be local to Houston or willing to relocate.
Preferred
Prior experience in the software industry.
Prior experience in the mortgage and appraisal industry.
Excellent technical skills and comfortable with new web technologies.
Experience with Salesforce or a relevant CRM.
