Job Description Are you a Business Office Professional looking for an exciting new career opportunity? Tutera Senior Living & Health Care seeks a Travel Business Office Manager to join the team.
What Will You Do in This Role? As the Skilled Nursing Travel Business Office Manager, you will oversee financial operations of skilled nursing facilities across our network, traveling to locations to ensure smooth business office operations, maintain accurate records, and uphold fiscal responsibility.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare finance, focused on skilled nursing facilities.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Extensive experience in healthcare billing systems (e.g., PointClickCare, Epic).
In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third‑party payer regulations and reimbursement processes.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
Ability to interpret financial data and trends.
Proven leadership abilities, including experience in team management, training, and development.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Professional image in appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Willing to travel frequently, including overnight stays and flexible schedules.
