We are looking for an Associate Buyer to join our Group. An Associate Buyer supports procurement operations in a fast‑paced production environment. This role is responsible for managing suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries of indirect materials and facility service providers at Endress+Hauser Level+Pressure.

Which tasks will you perform?

Create, manage and track purchase orders using SAP.

Maintain and update SAP data including material master, vendor master, and purchasing info records.

Ensure supplier data is accurate and up to date in SAP, including contact details, payment terms, and lead times.

Collaborate – Supplier collaboration for goods and services to support rapid production cycles.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with planning and production teams to anticipate customer needs.

Expedite orders and resolve delivery issues to prevent production delays.

Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability, lead times, and pricing.

Support vendor Scorecard and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with team to identify cost‑saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options.

What do we expect from you?

Familiarity with lean manufacturing and just‑in‑time (JIT) principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
