Role Description Coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term caregiver schedules for clients based on care plans, availability, and compatibility. Maintain accurate scheduling records in the scheduling software (e.g., ClearCare, WellSky, etc.). Communicate with caregivers regarding schedule changes, shift confirmations, and client updates. Ensure all open shifts are filled promptly and documented appropriately. Collaborate with the care team, including HR, Client Services, and Field Supervisors, to maintain continuity and quality of care. Answer and respond to incoming calls, emails, and texts related to scheduling needs or concerns. Support emergency scheduling needs during business hours and after‑hours (if on‑call).
The pay range for this role would be $22 - $25 / Hr.
Qualifications
Scheduling and coordination skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience with caregiving or healthcare industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities
