About the Role:

As a Transportation Project Manager at Kapur & Associates, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the planning, design, and implementation of transportation infrastructure projects. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects that positively impact communities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage roadway and structural projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to meet project objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project status and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with teams to coordinate project tasks and deliverables.

Confirm project compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Identify project risks and challenges.

Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients.

Contribute to the design and engineering of roadway and structural projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

5+ years of experience in FDOT transportation design.

Experience with FDOT District 1 preferred.

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and/or other relevant tools.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
