Monday–Friday, varying shift times (24/7 operations)

Overview As a partnership‑oriented Human Resources Generalist, you’ll support our warehouse and food manufacturing operations across multiple sites in the Denver Metro area for KeHE and Mountain Man. Your role will be the first point of contact for front‑line associates and will partner with HR Centers of Excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

Consult local management teams and employees on HR practices, policies, and procedures.

Drive company safety culture across the facility.

Recruit, select, and onboard new employees (pre‑hire, onboarding, probation).

Guide employees and management on benefits programs, including retirement, medical/dental/vision, and leave policies.

Coordinate with the Leaves team for compliance with Family and Medical Leave Act, Colorado Paid Family and Medical Leave, Workers’ Compensation, and other programs.

Partner with management to address employee relations issues such as workplace investigations.

Guide performance evaluation and merit processes.

Facilitate training (new hire orientation, coaching, performance enablement).

Represent the company in legal matters including unemployment claims and hearings.

Maintain confidential personnel records and accurate data entry into HRIS.

Serve as point of contact for community and belonging initiatives.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

Three to five years of HR Generalist experience; PHR/SPHR preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).

Advanced written and spoken Spanish (C1–C2).

Efficient time‑management, minimal supervision, and strong organizational skills.

High emotional intelligence, patience, and resilience.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight constraints.

Strong judgment in resolving complex problems in compliance with policies and laws.

Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.

Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Preferred Qualifications

Distribution or manufacturing experience in food/beverage/retail operations.

Leaves administration and management experience.

Experience with Dayforce HRIS.

Operations management experience.

Physical Demands Lift or move up to 20 lb.; primarily sedentary; minimal travel; typical office environment; moderate noise.
