What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Supervise the Analytics team in designing, developing, and maintaining reports, scorecards, and dashboards
Mentor Business Intelligence Analysts in complex systems implementation and monitoring
Monitor and track KPIs relayed by the Revenue Cycle operational team
Conduct root cause analyses to derive actionable insights for operational improvement
Lead communication and adherence to standard operating procedures for data initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Certification from Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proven experience in data analytics and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in healthcare analytics and revenue cycle management
Familiarity with Epic foundational reports and dashboards
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication skills for effective presentations and collaboration
Previous leadership experience in analytics or data-driven projects
