Role Purpose As a Menzies Aviation Fueling Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all Aircraft Fuelers in the Fueling Operations. Other responsibilities include issuing written and verbal instructions while ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
What You Will Be Doing
Supervise Aircraft Fuelers in their assigned areas to ensure Fuelers are performing their duties in a professional, safe and efficient manner, according to Company/Carrier’s standards
Ensure the effective operation of fueling
Responsible for accurate accounting and fuel transactions
Recommend manpower requirements
Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances
Act as mentor to other employees
Assist subordinates in performing duties
Ensure disciplinary procedures are conducted in a fair, timely and consistent manner

Comply with attendance/tardiness standards
Operate fuel trucks to provide services to customers
Perform accurate math calculations in all units of measure
Perform other duties as assigned
Shift 1500 – 2330 Tuesday and Wednesday OFF
Safety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. Qualifications
Prior Aircraft Fueling experience required
Prior management, supervisory or lead experience in the aviation industry preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Possess and maintain a valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must pass pre‑employment drug screening and all pre‑employment testing
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
Comfortable lifting 70 lbs repetitively
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
Pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal
Maintain FAA‑required identification/seals or authorizations
Report significant deficiencies in our products, materials and documents
Suggest improvements to working practices, especially those relating to safety and security
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or six months experience as a Lead Fueler
