Responsibilities
Perform a variety of functions involved with material handling, packaging, labeling, and confirming part identity by comparing details.
Receive, assemble, and store parts, materials, and products.
Prepare parts/materials for shipment, pack material, verify materials and quantities, maintain inventory, verify stock counts, and move parts and materials to proper areas.
Operate a variety of motorized and hand‑powered material handling equipment, semi‑automated/automated packaging equipment, scales, postage meters, and conveyor systems.
Work from printed work order copies as well as other written and verbal instructions.
Use computer terminals as required.
Maintain records pertaining to shipping, receiving, and unloading trucks.
Perform other duties as required; may be required to work in various subsystems/departments.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 12 months of warehouse or material‑handling experience.
Reach truck and cherry picker/order picker experience preferred.
Experience driving a tow tugger preferred.
Experience with Microsoft PC Outlook, Office, DLX, WMS, and SAP highly preferred.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs when required.
Must use arithmetic, reading, writing, and measuring equipment.
Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Work the required shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm) and be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
Eligible to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship; not eligible for VA/VN assignment.
Salary Range:
$19.50 per hour (base).
